Abstract
The leakage of right dam abutment of Wangjiaya reservoir is one of big problems left behind the project construction.Although various measures of seepage control were used,there was no obvious effect after the project had been completed.In August,1974,the scheme of plain soil backfull of concrete open caisson for seepage control was used,with good result.
