Abstract

This paper analyzes the problems that the unreasonable percentages existing in physical educa-tion in colleges,and suggest that there should be a reform in the contents of physical ducation according the nowadays situations in our country,and try to combine the teaching of skills with theory to meet the needs of life-long physical education.
