Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Nasal Endoscope Surgery on Chronic Sinusitis

Objective To study on nasal endoscope observation of nasal surgery for chronic sinusitis and clinical efficacy.Methods 64 patients nasal endoscope surgery were retrospectively analyzed from March 2006 ~ July 2010 who were treated for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in.Results 64 cases of nasal endoscope sinus surgery were followed up for 3 to 12 months,42 patients were cured(65.62%),improved in 18 cases(28.12%),invalid 4 cases(6.25%),total effective rate(93.74%).Conclusion Nasal endoscope sinus surgery might be the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps an effective way to,with a clear surgical field,less invasive,fewer complications and quicker recovery,etc.
