Abstract
Cotton fabric was modified by padding technology method with self-made cationic agent WLS.The effect of modification conditions on the dyeing property of reactive dyed cotton fabric with padding process was studied.The modification process of agent WLS was optimized: 30 g/L of WLS,6 g/L of sodium hydroxide,dried at 80 ℃ for 2.5 min.The dyeing property of reactive dyed cotton fabric using pad dyeing process was dis-cussed.The results indicated that the K/S value of fabric was increased dyed with reactive dyes by pad dyeing process,which could not only realize salt-free dyeing,but improve the washing fastness and crocking fastness.
