Evaluation and Comparison of Resource Allocation Efficiency of Rural Compulsory Education in Different Provinces of China

Abstract

By applying the DEA method, this essay made the evaluation and analysis upon the efficiency of resource allocation of rural compulsory education in period of the tenth five-year plan. And the essay also applied Tobit regression model to investigate the main influence factors of the resource allocation efficiency of rural compulsory education. From two respects of increasing the investment and promoting the efficiency, some policy recommendations on healthy development of rural compulsory education been accordingly provided.
