Abstract

The fundamental rational allocation of educational resources is the measure to promote fairness in education.Unfair allocation of education resources in rural areas deteriorates the urban-rural gap in education.The balanced development of rural compulsory education at the county-level in Chongqing depends on the resource allocation power,clarification of investment entities of rural education,broadening of the new ideas of rural education financing and promoting the professional quality of the teachers in rural areas.
