Abstract
Objective:To analyze the spontaneous pneumothorax using central venous catheter for minimally invasive combined with closed thoracic drainage continued to be low suction effect of the treatment. Methods: 43 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax in patients with central venous catheters are used for minimally invasive thoracic cavity closed drainage of the new method. Results: 43 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax in patients 34 cases of closed thoracic drainage, chest drainage suction power seven cases, two cases required the application of conventional closed thoracic drainage, the average length of stay was 4.8 days, were cured and discharged. Conclusion: The use of central venous catheter line closed chest tube drainage, safe, effective and simple operation, small pleural tissue damage and avoid the repeated puncture of the pleura caused by multiple injuries, hemorrhage, subcutaneous emphysema, reexpansion pulmonary edema and circulatory disturbance, to alleviate the suffering of patients and shorten the treatment course of treatment, a significant effect.
