Abstract

Strengthening the leaders?thought morality construction must insist on socialism nature that is the first problem, and be the core of serving for the people. Leaders should establish the correct idea of power, and must combine disciplines with self-disciplines. The efficient ways of strengthening the leaders?thought morality constructing are also put forward.
