Abstract
This paper takes 14 Sanda athletes as study subjects, bings the core stability training theory into Sanda strength training combined with the special technical features. After a 12-week core stability training, before and after the training, the results showed that the experimental group has a better effect than the control group training, core stability training athletes in the experimental group. The core strength of the athletes in experimental group have significant increased, which shows the advantates of core stability training compared with the traditional strength training,.It also shows the future trend of strength training of Sanda.
