Abstract
With methyl methacrylate(MMA) as hard monomer,butyl acrylate(BA) as soft monomer,acrylic acid(AA) and N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide(NMA) as functional monomers,and ammonium persulfate(APS)-sodium bisulfite as initiator,so an acrylate micro-emulsion with 45% about solid content was synthetized.The research results showed that the some factors,including ordinary emulsifier(OS and SDS),reactive emulsifier(HAPS),NMA and reaction temperature,have influence on performances of acrylate micro-emulsion.The combination properties of acrylate micro-emulsion were better when reaction temperature was 80-85 ℃,mass fractions of OS,SDS,HAPS and NMA were 4.2%,2.2%,0.5% and 0.50%,respectively.
