Abstract
Objective To imaging basic theory as the guide, through the change in multi-slice CT scan parameters,so as to research in CT testing reduce patients suffered radiation dose methods provide scientific theory. Methods 58 cases need chest CT examination chest disease patients were randomly divided into trial group and.The parameters set 4.75%more CT examination for tube ball 120 kV voltage, current,CT 50 mA parameters are set for tube ball 120 kV voltage, current 250 mA for 2 groups of patients, the radiation dose were determined, the final results were analyzed statistically. Results compared with controls, the image quality is no significant differences, which conform to the requirements, two groups of patients, scanning the CT dose weighted index(CTDI) average, there are differences of the radiation dose that patients than in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Through the change of a CT scan parameters, can rise to reduce the radiation dose patients, the safety of patients and doctors, has a positive meaning.
