Abstract
Objective:To compare the curative effects of fluoxetine combined with psychotherapy and single fluoxetine in patients with post-stroke depression.Methods:126 patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into research group(n=66) treated with fluoxetine combined with psychotherapy and control group(n=60) treated with single fluoxetine for 6 weeks. The curative effects and side effects were evaluated with HAMD,SDS and TESS.Results: Two groups took effects at first weeked(P0.01),but the marked improvement rate of the reserch group was 87.8%,and the control group was 73.3%,which showed significant difference after 6 weeks treatment. The side effects of both groups were less. Conclusions: Fluoxetine is effective and safe in the treatment of patients with post-stroke depression, and psychotherapy is a good auxiliary method.
