Abstract
This paper introduces the working principle and the data transfer timing of Inter Integrated Circuit(I2C) Bus,and designs an I2C R/D Controller on the base of FPGA,it can read or write different slave device.According to the given system diagram of the design,it focuses on analyzing the designing thought of the kernel module and its state transform process,and finally examines the functions of controller through the simulated waveform and hardware circuit.
