Effect of IL-2 on the sperm acrosin activity in antisperm antibody positive rat

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of IL 2 on the sperm acrosin activity in positive antisperm antibody rat.Methods The sperm acrosin activity was detected by BAEE/ADH method.Results IL 2 decreased the sperm acrosin activity in positive rat ( P 0.001).The results also indicated that IL 2 significantly decreased the SOD activity ( P 0.001) and increased oxygen free radicals of sperms.Conclusion IL 2 could influence the sperm acrosin activity.
