Effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the sperm acrosin activity in antisperm antibody positive rats

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the sperm acrosin activity in antisperm antibody positive rats.Methods The sperm acrosin activity was examined by BAEE/ADH joint method.Results Traditional Chinese medicine could increase the sperm acrosin activity (P0.01),the SOD activity (P0.01) and decrease the production of oxygen free radicals of sperms.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine exertes a significant effect on the sperm acrosin activity in antisperm antibody positive rat.
