Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of C-erbB-2,PCNA,P53 and Ki-67 in breast carcinomas and analyze their relationship with clinical factors. Methods The expression of C-erbB-2,PCNA,P53 and Ki-67 were detected on breast carcinomas(60 cases) by immunohistochemisty(SP method). Results The positive rates of C-erbB-2,PCNA,P53 and Ki-67 were 60.0%,85.0%,53.3% and 30.0%,respectively.C-erBb-2,P53 and Ki-67 expression were related to histopathological grade(P0.05),but not age, tunor size and lymphatic metatasis(P0.05).PCNA expression was related to tumor size(P0.05),but not to age, lymphatic metatasis and histopathological grade(P0.05).Conclusion The expression of C-erbB-2,P53 and Ki-67 in breast carcinoma reflects the prognosis of patients. The combined detection of C-erbB-2,PCNA,P53 and Ki-67 can help to predict the clinical pathologic characteristics of breast carcinoma.
