Abstract
Pipeline Integrity Management Performance Evaluation(PIMPE) is a powerful tool to drive continuous improvement of pipeline integrity management. But there are no mature methods or standards at home and abroad for pipeline operators to govern PIMPE. In the paper, an index system is built through input-output parameters analysis by dividing the pipeline integrity management into nine business modules including data management and high consequence areas identifi cation and one comprehensive management module. Based on data envelopment analysis(DEA) method, the effi ciency value of the elements is calculated and results are analysed. The paper provides a case of PIMPE application results conducted in a branch pipeline operated by PetroChina Pipeline Company.
