Abstract
Strengthening the quality management of the pipeline achievements and its data is an important part of underground pipeline information construction.The author participated the underground pipeline detection and informatization of Xiamen city,according to the practical experience and the analysis of factors which affecting data quality,this paper proposes a quality control idea of establishing the technical specifications and data acquisition accuracy indicators,elaborates a method of checking data to ensure data quality,discusses a way of control the data quality through the establishment of effective quality control mechanisms,and finally emphasize the necessity of strengthening data management and the measures to be taken.
