Abstract
Equipment management plays an important role in our army's equipment work.Equipment management is so complicated that its efficiency is difficult to express as a simple number.According to the character of radar equipment daily management,this paper establishes a relatively comprehensive system of evaluated guideline based on DEA's demands.When talking about estimating management performance,in order to overcome the limitations of traditional DEA,a improved DEA evaluating model based on benchmarking and principal component analysis is proposed.The model not only can improve the validity of decision making units,but also avoid many decision units are synchronously effective.The result of the model offers the quantitative basis for scientific decision-making of the radar equipment daily management.
