Abstract

The elementary education is the foundational project of our socialist modernization construction.To develop the elementary education is helpful to improve our nation's quality and to build a well-off society in all-round way.It is the basic request of developing the elementary education that we reform deeply in normal university teaching and education,renew the system of teachers education,and improve teachers quality in an all-round way.
