Study on the Correlation of Urine Inspection Result with Collecting Time

Objective: To explore the inspection result of urine collected in different time.Method: The morning urine and the second morning urine of 107 cases were dectected by arena ration and dry chemistry with uritest-100 semi-automatic analyzer.And then compared the result.Result: All the index were superior in the second morning urine to those in the morning urine except the urine NTT The count of RBC deformation positive rate.And those's significant difference in urine glucose,protein,WBC and EC,deformation positive rate.Conclusion: The advantage of the second morning urine for the specimen of arena and dry chemistry inspection.There's no distortion or dissolved of urine red and white cell.The arena ration and dry chemistry inspection for the second morning urine can improve the detecting postitive rate of some item in urine.
