Abstract
Based on the charge transfer reaction between drug and chromogenic reagent,a simple and rapid method for the determination of bisoprofolfumarat was developed.Bisoprofolfumarat can react with alizarin red to form 1∶1complex after being placed for 15minutes in room temperature, which gives a maximum absorption peak at 535nm.The molar absorptivity of the complex was 6.76×103/(mol·cm)the linear range was 10~100mg/L,and the linear equation was A =0.085+0.00712c,with r=0.99904.the RSD was 0.44%(n=6).When it was applied for the determination of bisoprofolfumarat tablets, the recoveries were between 98.3%~102.6%.
