Abstract
The optimal extraction technology of polyphenols from mango leaves was studied by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments,in order to study the influence of ethanol concentration, ratio of material to solvent, extracting time and temperature to the polyphenols extraction. Results showed that the best extracting condition was 60% ethanol, ratio of material to solvent was 1∶22,treated with 50Hz ultrasonic wave for 1h first, then extracted in water-bath at 80℃ for 1.5h. Under those conditions, the yield of polyphenols from mango leaves was 5.11%.
