Abstract
The problems, which involve whether and what the school is charged with the liability when students are injured in school in the process of physical training, are directly related with pledging legal rights of teachers, students and schools. It is very important for the safeguard of teachers and students and the maintenance of normal physical education to treat the injurious incidence appropriately and distinguish its liability right.
