Legal Liability of School Sports Injuries and Preventive Measures

Based on the General Rules of the Civil Law,Law of Education and Sports Law and other existing laws and regulations,on the theories of physical education,school physical education,sports management and sports law related knowledge,this paper used literature study,questionnaire and case study to research into the Chinese school sports injury in order to determine the accident treatment of fault liability,presumption of fault liability,liability without fault,equitable liability,and imputation principle. The legal responsibility for the school,teachers and students in all types of accidents were clarified. The preventive measures of the school sports injuries included the construction of perfect sports insurance system,the promotion of the standardization process,and the strengthening of the physical education and sports management.
