Study on Legal Liability for Injury Accidents of University Sports Activities

In recent years,the students′ injury accidents happen frequently in the physical education.Using the law to save the dispute is a most important way.The authors made a deep analysis into the legal sphere,legal liability and absolution conditions applied in Campus physical education activities on the basis of law and facts.Meanwhile,a specific analysis is made of responsibility of the school and college teachers in such cases,and suggestions are given to prevent injury accidents in physical education classes of colleges.
