Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to establish the technical systems of callus induction, multiplication subculture and the cell suspension culture of T.paniculatum.[Method] Effects of different plant growth regulators on callus induction from leaf and stem segment were studied The cell suspension culture was established from leaf calluses and the growth curve was tested by liquid shake culture methed.[Result] Leaf was the optimal explant for callus induction. The optimal medium of multiplication subculture for leaf calluses was 2,4-D 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L+6-BA 0.5 mg/L(pH 5.8).The cell growth of T.paniculatum with S type curve was observed and optimal subculture cycle of suspension cell was 15 days.[Conclusion] The callus induced from leaf explant was excellent for establishing cell suspension of T.paniculatum.
