Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Comprehensive Nursing Intervention 316 Patients to Observe the Result

Objective To study the comprehensive nursing intervention for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patient lung function and quality of life for influence.Methods The data of 316 cases of COPD patients were randomly divided into recovery period in control and interention group(each 158 cases);the control group give regular rehabilitation guidance,intervention group based on conventional rehabilitation guidance in implementing a one-year comprehensive nursing intervention,execute 10 weeks visiting and key followed;1 years,from the lung function and quality of life of two groups of patients two aspects of evaluating.Results Two groups of patients pulmonary function index and the quality of life score were compared,are statistically significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the patients with COPD pulmonary function,improve the patient's quality of life,and it has certain popular value.
