Abstract

The development of the west of China is strategic in the development of China's econoncy and the society and for a long time,it is a key point in the development of China's regional economy.In the present situation,it is necessary for all the decisine departments to set up new ideas of development,nesources,aeveantages,programme and to explore a new way of speceing up the development of negiond economy.
