Abstract

China's economy is now moving from One Polar Dash to Multi Drive Wheels development.In the period to come,west China needs to grasp the opportunities of West China Great Development,advance with the time,integrate its resources,actively develop regional development circle,and form industry clusters to bring about a striding development of economy.
