A Comparative Study on Treatment to Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage with Minimally Invasive Drilling Drainage and Hematoma Evacuation

Abstract

Objective To compare the application effect of treatment to hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with minimally invasive drilling drainage and hematoma evacuation. Methods 76 inpatients with hypertensive cerebral in our hospital from May 2010 to August 2014 were seclected, and were randomly divided into observation group, 36 cases, and control group, 40 cases. The observation group were treated with minimally invasive drilling and drainage, while the control group with hematoma evacuation. In-tracranial hematoma volume, neurological function defect score(NIHSS) and daily living activity score(ADL) were compared and analyzed respectively for the two groups before surgeryand postoperative. Results Compared with the control group, observation group patients, 3 days after operation, intracranial hematoma volume(16.27 ±5.42) m L and 5 days after operation, intracranial hematoma volume(11.63±3.55) m L, both were significantly lower, NIHSS score 2 weeks after operation(1.24 ±0.75) was significantly reduced, ADL score 6 months postoperative(82.63 ±13.65) significantly increased, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive drilling drainage caused less trauma to patients, the prognosis and quality of life played a further improvement.
