Abstract
The appropriate liquid fermentation medium and submerged culture conditions of Agaricus blazei were studied in this paper The results showed that the optimal composition of the medium was as follows: glucose3%, wheat powder 1%, pennut cake 1 5%, (NH 4) 2SO 40 3%, KH 2PO 40 2%, MgSO 4·7H 2O 0 1% and Vb 1 10mg/L and the shaking rate, initial pH, inoculation rate were 25℃,140~150mL/500mL, 190r/min, pH5~6 and 10%~15% resp And the biomass of Agaricus blazei in this culture medium was as high as 1 945g/100mL after 4d of secondary shaking.
