On the Function of the Procuratorial Organs to Check and Supervise Power

The procuratorial organ is the state one for legal supervision to monitor functions of other administrative bodies in China.Different from the Western ones regarding contents and the state position,procuratorial organs in China fully reflect the thought of the separation and balance of power.Against our specific national background,this thought is rational and scientific.Therefore,in building socialist democracy and legal system,public authorities should use the procuratorial organs’power to supervise the public rights and particularly to check the administrative power to ensure a correct exercise of the national power and promote the construction of a service government,a responsible government,and a government under the rule of laws.
