Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the value of thriple phase 16 slices spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of small renal carcinoma.Methods:The characteristics of the thriple phase CT finding in 16 case of small renal carcinoma proved by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results:Among 16 case of small renal carcinoma,in the artery-phase,13 case showed obvious enhancement by post-contrast CT scanning,2 case slight or middle enhancement,1 case interwal enhancement.Enhancement fastly went down in parenchymal-phase and pyelographic-phase,appearing in and fast out;On 16 slices spiral CT angiography of renal,among 16 case of small renal carcinoma,15 case displaed blood supply of small renal carcinoma and artery of tumors.Conclusion:Thriple phase 16 slice spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction have an important value in the diagnosis of small renal carcinoma.
