Abstract
The Box-Behnken experiment and response surface analysis method were combined to optimize the fermentation medium of a Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.The results showed that the optimal fermentation medium formula consisted of 1.88% starch,1.76% beef extract,0.74% yeast extract,KH2PO4 0.25%,K2HPO4 0.1%,(NH4)2SO4 0.08%.There was a 41.7% increase in the yield of antibacterial peptides obtained using the optimal fermentation medium,compared with that before optimization.
