Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect and adverse reactions of Ozagrel sodium in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods One hundred and eight patients with ACI were divided into the treatment group(60 cases) and the control group(48 cases).The treatment group was administered with Ozagrel sodium(intravenous drip of 80mg once a day),while the control group with Venoruton(intravenous drip of 600mg once a day),and the course of treatment was 14 days.Then we observed the degree of clinical neural function defect,the change of hemorheology indexes and blood lipid before and after the treatment,and made self-comparison and comparison between two groups.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,which was higher than the 73% of the control group(P0.05).For the treatment group,the high shear viscosity(HSV) of whole blood,plasma viscosity(PV),aggregation of erythrocytes,hematocrit(HCT) and triglyceride(TG) were obviously lower than those before the treatment(P0.01)and than those of control group(P0.05).The difference was no significant in platelet count(PLT) and blood cholesterol(TC) between the two groups when compared with the data before treatment(P0.05).There was no adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion Ozagrel sodium is an effective drug for ACI and worthy of clinical usage.
