Industrial value chain:the innovative format of value strategy

Abstract

From value chain to value net, to more innovative and complex formats of value creation, more forms of value organization and creation are cognized. This paper analyzes the process of value organization and creation of industrial chain structure, and gives the base concept and characteristics of industrial value chain. Industrial value chain gets through each firm's value chain and forms uniform and harmonic value system. Finally we analyze the structure of industrial value chain and the formats of discovering and creating value, and expatiate its application with a practical case.
