Abstract
Materials from the 1 523 patients were cultivated and drug susceptibility testing was made using the mycoplasma ICS Kit.The results showed that 676 of 1 523(44.39%)were infected with mycoplasma, among them Uu infective rate was 90.53 %(612 cases),and the most sensitive antibiotics were Josamycin,Minocycline,Doxycycline.Mh infective rate was 3.40 %(23 cases),and the susceptible conditions were in turn that Doxycycline Minocycline,Josamycin, respectively.Mixed infection rate of both Uu and Mh was 6.07 %(41 cases);the most sensitive antibiotics were Doxycycline,Josamycin,Minocycline. It is important to use drug according to the results of susceptibility test to prevent from producing antibiotic-resistant mycoplasma.
