Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) for treatment of different degree smyopia. Methods According to the diopters(D) of myopia,391 patients were divided into 4 groups: low myopia(-3.00D),moderate myopia(-3.00D~-6.00D),high myopia (-6.00D~-9.00D)and extremely high myopia(-9.25D),follow-up was 1 year postperatively. Results The naked vision ≥1.0 on 1 year after operation in low myopia, moderate myopia and high myopia were 100%,98.6% and 95.7%,respectively,but was 1.0~0.8 in extremely high myopia(90.2%).The vision regression was observed in 6.3% patients with pre-operative higher astigmia(±1.00D) and myopia(±1.00D). Conclusion Using LASIK to treat different myopia is an effective, divinable and safe operation.
