Clinical observation of valsartan in treatment of primanry hypertension in 72 cases

Abstract

Objective To observe valsartan service method and curative effect in treatment of primary hypertension.Methods 72 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, separately use of captopril and valsartan for 24 weeks, then scored the quality of life.Results Efficient valsartan treatment group was 94.4%, far higher than that of the captopril group 77.8%.Conclusion Valsartan with step-down, control of heart failure,cardiovascular remodeling, use convenient and good adherence, and have the advantages of improving the quality of life for patients with high blood pressure.
