Abstract
[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of patients with chronic severe hepatitis B after using artificial liver support system (ALSS). [Methods] Of 177 patients were divided into 2 groups. The treatment group was used by ALSS in addition to the basic treatment, while the control group was used only by the basic treatment. Then observe the patients' clinical symptom, liver function, PT, PTA and survival rate. [Results] The treatment group was superior to the control group in all of the indexes that mentioned(P0.05).The survival rate of the treatment group was superior to the control group in early or middle stage (P0.05).[Conclusion] It can improve the therapeutic effect assisted by ALSS in chronic severe hepatitis B.
