Abstract
The content of total polysaccharide in the coarse polysaccharide extraction from foshou was determined with phenol-sulfuric acid method.The results showed that the coarse polysaccharide extraction was 28.33%and the content of total polysaccharide was 95.21%.The average recovery was 100.11%.RSD=1.30.
