Clinical Curative Effect of Senile Vulgaris Liangxue Jiedu Decoction in Treating Psoriasis and Effect on Serum Interleukin Levels

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of senile vulgaris self Liangxue JieduDecoction in treating psoriasis and effect on serum interleukin levels. Methods:All treatment in the department of dermatology in our hospital in patients with psoriasis were 80 cases,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group two groups,40 cases in each group. All patients received general treatment,the control group was given acitretin capsules oral,25 mg/time,2 times/day. In treatment group were treated by traditional Chinese medicine Liangxue Jiedu Decoction orally. One day,100 m L each time,3 times a day. Two groups were treated for 2 months after the end of treatment,curative effect observation. Results:To compare the clinical efficacy of two groups after treatment,the treatment group and control group efficiency is 77.5%,the efficiency of 55%,compared to the two groups,there were significant differences(P0.05). In the two groups before and after treatment PASI score and symptom severity score,the treatment of integral group after treatment was significantly higher than that of control group after treatment,the integral,compared to the two groups,there were significant differences(P0.05). In comparison of IL-8 levels in the two groups before and after treatment in treatment group after treatment,the IL-8 levels were significantly lower than the control group after treatment level,compared to the two groups,there were significant differences(P0.05). Conclusion:The elderly vulgaris oral Chinese medicine Liangxue Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of psoriasis,can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,improve the clinical symptoms and disease severity,and effectively reduce the IL-8 level in serum,and no obvious toxic side effect,obvious curative effect is better than that of the control group,worthy of clinical use.
