Qingfei Liangxue Decoction Clinical Study of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective:Qingfei Liangxue Decoction clinical treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:60 patients with psoriasis,the method by randomly divided into 2 groups.Treatment group and control group 30 patients in each group,control group treated with conventional Western medicine,including anti-allergy,improving circulation and metabolism,immune regulation,etc.,on this basis,the treatment group given oral Qingfei Liangxue Decoction,day 1,30d is a course of treatment,were treated with 2 courses observations.Results:After treatment,both groups were clinical total effective rate was 96.67% in treatment group and control group 76.67%,compared the two groups,significant difference(P0.05).PASI scores between the two groups after treatment,the treatment group and control group difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The treatment in western medicine based on the use of oral medicine TCM decoction treatment of psoriasis,clinical efficacy,reliable,high cure rate,is worthy of promotion.
