Analysis on Construction on Basic-Level Organization of Party in Anhui Province

Basic-level organization of party is the most important carrier for the party to organize and mobilize its members and base for party members' activity and foundation of party's authority.In Anhui province,basic-level organizations of party are set up scientifically and their systems are healthy and efficient,their leaders are responsible,the ability of prompting scientific development is gradually improving,and the management and education for party members are operating timely.However,there are some flaws such as insufficiency of responsibility in party's construction,malfunction of leadership and operation system,shortage of content and method during working and urgent demand of enhancing the cadre groups,etc.The reasons include that the system of party's construction is disorder,the implementation is powerless,the leaders pay few attention and the connection among various levels is congested.Arranging the resources scientifically,searching for the right way to implement party's construction,perfecting the system of selecting cadres,enhancing the construction in basic-level organization of party,innovating methods of work,developing the function of party's organization as fighting bastion and party members' pioneering and exemplary role are needed.
