Practice and Exploration on the Party Construction Work in Party Organizations at the Basic Level in the New Era

This paper introduces briefly the of the party construction of party organizations at the basic level. It holds that in the party construction of party organizations at the basic level, the construction of the leaders group must be strengthened, the cohesive force of the party organizations must be increased, the work of the department and of the institute must be taken as effective media, the integrating theory with practice regular activities of the party organizations must be promoted, the pioneer and model leading effects and appreciation education must be popularized in members, and the recruitment of students into the party and educational management must be considered as the important links and process in morality education. The aim of party construction is to create rich and democratic atmosphere for learning, teaching, and scientific research so as to improve the quality of teaching and education.
