Some Issues of the Evaluation Index System of Party Construction for College Lower Party Organization and Their Countermeasures

The grass-roots Party organizations as the body cells of Party organization,locate in the key position of the college Party organization structure as connecting link between the preceding and the following. They play an active and important role in Party building and students' politics education in colleges and universities. In order to bring into play of the college lower Party organization for Party building,scientific evaluation index system is the key point. This paper probes into some issues existing in the assessment of Party building for lower Party organization in colleges and presents some countermeasures.
