Abstract

Objective:To improve the success rate of femoral vein puncture and reduce complications. Methods: 146 cases of blood were randomly divided into Group A(73 cases) and B(73 cases).Group A puncture blood using traditional methods, using B surface projection of the femoral vein puncture point angle disposable vacuum blood collection and blood collection tubes in combination with the vacuum method. Results: Group B blood time success rate was significantly higher than Group A,blood collection time was significantly shorter in Group A,local ecchymosis were significantly lower than Group A(P 0.05,P 0.01).Conclusion: The point of the surface projection of the femoral vein puncture angle disposable vacuum blood collection and blood collection tubes in combination with the vacuum method, easy to learn and master, the fixed method of safe, high success rate of a puncture, puncture, fewer complications, and save human resources.
