Abstract

Objective:To explore the skill, safety, effectiveness and clinical value of CT guided percutaneous biopsy in patients with bone diseases. Methods:Under CT Guidance,46 cases with bone lesions were performed percutaneous biopsy, 3-4 procedures were performed in each case, and fine needle aspiration was combined for 8 patients with cystic or obviously necrotic lesions, the biopsy tissues were sent for pathological examinations. There were contrast result of clinical, imaging and pathology in prepost-percution.Followed up survey and retrospective analysis were adopted after confirmed diagnosis. Results:The sampling rate was 100.0%, the pathology diagnosis rate was 94.7%.33 cases of primary bone tumors and tumors, 8 cases of bone metastases, 5 cases of infectious morphometry. Conclusion:CT guided bone biopsy is a safe, accurate and efficient method, with fewer complication cases and it has a high application value.
