Abstract
Where does intelligence exist? Thinking about this question is a starting point of searching the intelligence essence. From the traditional intelligence researchers to the contemporary intelligence researchers, their study object turns to concrete intelligence form from pursuing pure intelligence, and the way to build intelligence moves towards situation from factor.
